With a strong focus on increasing business profitability,

Tabitha uses her business acumen and technology background to develop internal systems and processes that vastly improve a business’s internal efficiencies and sales conversion rates.

To facilitate cultural change programs, recruitment, team development and training staff in new ways of working, Tabitha is part of an international training program leading to teacher certification in the Enneagram with Don Riso and Russ Hudson.  Tabitha uses the Enneagram, coupled with other skills such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), to facilitate a smooth transition to better ways of working.

Heavily involved in the development of the local information technology industry, Tabitha was on the WA Executive Committee of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) for over three years until the birth of her son in 2002.  Her most recent role was to head the Education & Training sub-committee, with the primary focus of developing IT education and training needs relative to industry requirements.

Nominated by her fellow board members from The Western Australian Club for being the youngest ever board member, Tabitha’s biggest business achievement in 2002 was to receive one of the inaugural 40 Under 40 Business News Awards.  These awards identify the most dynamic business leaders under the age of 40.  In 2004, Tabitha was nominated for Telstra Businesswoman of the Year and Conan Group was nominated for Telstra Small Business of the Year.
